Print a sheet at home and stick it by the door, keep it on the fridge, or give a copy to an older relative or a neighbour. Each one says at the foot which page of this site it comes from and when we last checked it.
There are no adverts and no links to shops on any of them.
How to print one
Open the PDF and print it on A4 paper. Some sheets come in more than one version: colour; ink-saver, which is black on white, prints on any home printer and photocopies well for a community group; and large print, with bigger type.
