About Institute Krav Maga Cork

Institute Krav Maga Cork is the Cork club of Institute Krav Maga Ireland, founded in the city in 2006 by head instructor Arthur Dziadkowiec. It trains at Unit 3, Deanrock Business & Technology Park in Togher. Classes run Monday to Thursday and on Saturday. Kids Krav Maga takes ages 6 to 10 in two groups, Teens Krav Maga takes ages 11 to 15, and Adult Krav Maga is open to ages 15 and over at all levels, including complete beginners. One-to-one and small-group private sessions run on weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Women-only self-defence is run as a scheduled seminar with limited places rather than as a weekly class, so check the club's own site for the next date. Adults work through a graded syllabus of Defender, Fighter and Expert levels. The club offers a free first class and asks you to bring gym gear, a towel and water; training equipment is provided.
