About City of Dublin ETB
City of Dublin Education and Training Board is on the Private Security Authority's list of approved training providers, for Door Supervisor and Security Guarding. The PSA lists two centres: Ballyfermot Training Centre on Chapelizod Hill, Dublin 10, and a centre on Jamestown Road, Finglas, Dublin 11. The centres' own websites now call them City of Dublin FET College, Ballyfermot and City of Dublin FET College, Finglas. Ask either centre when its next security course runs.

Notes on these details
The PSA's list gives www.cityofdublin.etb.ie for Ballyfermot. That address did not open on 6 October 2026, so the links here are to City of Dublin ETB's own website and the Ballyfermot centre's own website.
The PSA's list gives www.finglastrainingcentre.ie for Finglas. On 6 October 2026 its secure address with "www." gave a certificate warning; without "www." the site opens normally, and that is the link used here.
